For the inaugural Preakness Live 2022 experience, I served as the lead creative, spearheading the overall brand look and feel of the event. From developing the visual identity to shaping how it translated across digital, on-site, and broadcast content, I ensured a cohesive and compelling narrative that matched the energy of the festival.
In addition to leading brand development, I directed all photography and video content for the event. This included pre-production planning, on-site execution, and post-event editing pipelines. Working alongside an incredibly talented team I helped assemble, I oversaw a full production crew of 24+, including videographers, photographers, DITs, editors, and assistants.
Our team delivered fast-turn content for real-time social media engagement, long-form recap edits, and branded photography assets—capturing the essence of Preakness Live with cinematic precision and editorial speed. From headliner performances to behind-the-scenes moments, our visual storytelling helped shape the festival’s public perception and set a new benchmark for the client’s future productions.
